There’s always too much going on — but a few things still manage to stand out. Here’s a quick round-up of the shows, projects, and other good stuff I think are worth your time right now.
- I missed the exhibition C’est de la bombe, bébé at the Galerie Christophe Gaillard. Luckily, the second part of Aérosol. Une histoire du graffiti en France. 1960-1985 opened last week at the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Nancy, a few days after Graffiti, the first museum exhibition in Italy to investigate the art history of spray paint, at Museuion in Bolzano.
- Stories of Hip Hop is now open at the Schmuckmuseum Pforzheim (until June 29).
- L’art est dans la rue at the Musée d’Orsay explores the spectacular rise of the illustrated posters in Paris during the second half of the 19th century (until July 6).
